The pack hunt are trencher fed Irish Harriers (Kerry beagles). Hounds have been kept and hunted in the area between Clones, Co. Monaghan and Roslea, Co. Fermanagh from at least before the famine. The Lackey pack in its present form came into being in the 1950's following the amalgamation of a number of smaller packs in the area. |
